01 / THE PROBLEM
DEEP WITHOUT CHEAP
Turn up the reverb.The illusion falls apart.
The vocal starts to sound cheap or karaoke-like. The tail floats on top of the source, and the whole mix turns cloudy. So the safe choice is to pull the reverb back until it is barely there.
Reverb Legend was created to end that compromise. Push it deeper and the tail stays out of the way, becoming density and depth inside the music instead of a separate effect on top.

The tail settles behind the source and melts into the gaps between instruments. Because it does not push itself forward, vocals retain their presence and articulation while the space grows deeper.
UK VINTAGE / WET SIGNAL SATURATION
Transformer character. In the reverb itself.
The same UK Vintage saturation found in AMATERAS Transformer Saturator is built into the wet signal. It colors the reverb itself with transformer character, adding density and helping the tail settle into the mix.
SAT is on by default. Switch it off to enjoy the reverb without added saturation.

There is no structure to learn. Choose the space by feel, then adjust DECAY and MIX. The character of classic digital reverbs that became studio standards in the 1970s and 1980s is ready to use directly.

PRE-DELAY
Creates space between the direct signal and the reverb, preserving articulation and attack.
SIZE
Adjusts the perceived size of the space while preserving its essential character.
DECAY
Controls reverb time. Measured and calibrated so the displayed time corresponds to the actual decay time.
MOD
Controls the amount of movement and richness in the reverb.
HIGH CUT
Adjusts brightness. Lower settings darken the tail and place it farther behind the source.
LOW CUT
Removes unnecessary low frequencies to keep the reverb from clouding the mix.
MIX
Controls the dry/wet balance. The default is 100% wet for send use. Lower it as needed when inserting directly on a track. It stays fixed when switching presets.
SAT
Adds UK Vintage transformer saturation to the wet signal. On by default. Switch it off to hear the reverb without added saturation.
PRESET
Choose from the menu in the upper-right corner. Manual adjustments change the display to “Custom.”
UNDO / A·B
Compare the saved preset values with your own adjustments using a single button.
BYP
Built-in bypass. The reverb resumes naturally when bypass is disengaged.
